I just wanted to say Hello to everyone. I found the site via the podcast. I listen to lots of podcasts while driving.

I am currently a passive investor in 3 apartment complexes. I also have 1 single family rental house. I've had it for a little over a year and am currently in the process of selling it.

My goal is to create passive income from my RE investments so I can spend more hours during the day enjoying life instead of working... I am a Software Engineer here in Plano, TX and have been doing that for over 20 years.
