Newbie trying to do a subject to contract
I am based out of Chicago, Il and I have a distressed property I would like to wholesale but not sure how to meet the appropriate terms of agreement with the seller. It has great potential and they are motivated in moving on from the property. I was also looking for a mentor to help me with understanding the market more and maybe doing some ventures together just for the knowledge. Can anyone help me?
