Setting a high bar gives me something to shoot at with as much energy and passion as I can muster, and it will help me push past the days and weeks where the friction is so bad I feel like nothing is going right for me.  

I have a passion for Real Estate and I am a Real Estate Investor for now.

I do work very hard, and I make money on the side producing music videos (one of my passions) in addition to working full-time.

I would like to learn more about the BRRR strategy' whole saleing fix and flip as well as Lease option I am outgoing and passionate about learning to become a superbly educated investor.

If you've done well or kept it even, sell it and invest in something that you are passionate about or that can make better cashflow, especially since you would be buying it as an investment vehicle solely, not like your first home.

The fix and flip side is really what I can be passionate about.

Guys, I fail to understand this passion.

I personally started with a passion and interest, but had never bought a single house in my life.

After having a fire lit under me to pick a direction and go forth relentlessly (compliments of Gary Vaynerchuk), I have decided to fully pursue my passion for investing and strategy via real estate investing.I am in the Twin Cities area and have been employed in the real estate world since 2012, mainly in Property Management where I've managed about 500 units total between two buildings.
