I am just starting to take off in the real estate buisness I bought a house back in 09 lived in it fixed it up and flipped it for a decent return, while having another rental my parents live in. Currently picked up two more rentals in the process of fixing them up to get tenants in them. I would like to learn more about the BRRR strategy' whole saleing fix and flip as well as Lease option I am outgoing and passionate about learning to become a superbly educated investor.
