New(ish) Investor in Minnesota Looking to Network, Help and Learn

Hello All,

I've been following BP for a few years now but kept dabbling back and forth between REI and being a swing trader in the equities markets. After having a fire lit under me to pick a direction and go forth relentlessly (compliments of Gary Vaynerchuk), I have decided to fully pursue my passion for investing and strategy via real estate investing.

I am in the Twin Cities area and have been employed in the real estate world since 2012, mainly in Property Management where I've managed about 500 units total between two buildings. I've also done some Leasing with a Class A property in Dallas, TX. I am currently working in Property Management with a national Commercial Real Estate firm here in MN where I assist in the management of around 23-25 buildings between two states.
