Real Estate Agent (pros and cons)
Im passionate about investing in real estate. Fix and flips, buy and hold etc. I have very little knowledge about investing. I was thinking about getting my license in order to get the proper knowledge I need, in order to be successful at it. So my question is, is pursuing my license a good idea or not. I'm open to all feedback. Thank you all in advance.
