I found this website by listening to the Bigger Pockets Money Podcast. 

I have found some high market East Bay properties no one is making an offer on listed on MLS.

I am in the process of searching for properties and I have found several but have not analyzed them yet.

I found out about this system right here on BP while listening to one of their latest podcasts.

I simply refuse to believe that since 99% of properties are not going to work, that I found a 1%er in my first 5 go's.

I received the 30 day notice and found out that they did not pay sept rent and no deposit was given as part of the deal.  

I am in no way an FHA or duplex expert, but the reason I ask this is there's a rule (I only recently found out about) called the 100 mile rule with FHA where if you aren't moving at least 100 miles away from your last residence (and you keep it as an investment) then FHA won't consider the income from your first property.

I found hondros college has some online classes (the 4 I just listed) for a total of $1600.
