Newbie from Jacksonville, FL

Hello Everyone,

   My name is Sergio Sanchez and I am from Jacksonville, FL.  I want to start by saying that I have no experience in Real Estate.  I found this website by listening to the Bigger Pockets Money Podcast.  I started to listen to that podcast because I wanted to learn on how to achieve financial freedom.  Many guests on that podcast mentioned that they achieved financial freedom through real estate and then I found out that there was an actual website catered to real estate that was the driving force behind the podcast.  

  I am currently the owner of Sunville Lawn Care and soon to be partner of Sunville Painting.  These companies are part of my plan of financial freedom and due to the podcasts I now want to incorporate real estate in that plan.  

  I am here to learn and work as hard as I can in order to reach my goal of generating wealth that can be passed down to my daughter.
