(Ohio) recommendations for these real estate courses
I looked up the requirements for getting a real estate license in Ohio and I am required to take these 4 classes before I can take the exam:
Real estate principles and practices
Real estate law
real estate finance
Real estate appraisal
I was wondering if anybody had any good recommendations for where I should take these classes. Im on a budget. I found hondros college has some online classes (the 4 I just listed) for a total of $1600. That's a little pricey for me but if it's the best for the money I will take it.
