organizing and summarizing location characteristics of properties
Hello BP community! My name is Maamoun H. I am new to real estate investing, I have not bought any properties yet. I am in the process of searching for properties and I have found several but have not analyzed them yet. My question is this: How do you organize/summarize location characteristics (i.e. crime, drugs, schools, unemployment, population growth, etc.) for each of the properties that I have found in a way that makes it easy to compare and contrast those properties?
