Construction costs will lower; there will be less inventory forcing shift back to newer construction to make that side of the business more profitable.

You can't force a partnership, it just has to work.

If I haven't found the client a home that they are pleased with and we are still in the home search phase I would rather release them from the agreement than to force them to proceed with me.
