I would like to know if anyone has had any success collecting finder fees for recovering tax sale overbids.

I'm in Baltimore, MD., too and my son is supposed to be working on doing this very thing. I don't think it could happen without the possibility of the Force of Law, I.E. you'll need an Attorney. One you can trust ! Clients meet with the Attorney to sign the documents; one of them being, "Power of Attorney" !
