Atomic Habits is my personal favorite, but there are numerous books that will give you every tool you need to succeed in not just real estate investing but enrich every element of your life. 

The bad guys not so much.GaryGary Except there are clear correlations to the implementation of stricter housing codes coupled with inspections which lead to lower cases of numerous issues such as lower fire deaths, lower lead paint poisoning cases, and so on.

The over 400 miles of canals as well as numerous lakes in Cape Coral I imagine would absorb much of the impact from significant storm surge. 

First thing that comes to mind is: price - which I've already dropped numerous times.

For me, there is the obvious financial freedom...being about to purchase what I need, loan money to those who ask, & donate to numerous worthy causes without having to stop & think if I have the money or not.

(This is assuming in your market place you can, there are parts of my market place where you will never have an offer accepted with a home inspection contingency)Until you have been through 100 inspections, it is likely there are numerous things wrong with the property that you wont notice but a good inspector will notice.

Lastly you can purchase a list from someplace like ListSource.com or other data suppliers and do a bigger bulk mailing.These are just a couple options, I'm sure others will jump in with some more ideas.

This site is an incredible platform that has numerous resources so definitely take advantage of it all.

However it seems like there are numerous options for that nowadays.
