Is rich dad poor dad blueprint program worth it

I signed up for 5 payments of 99 bucks  for 500 total with Rick dad poor dad blueprint course has tons of information but I like the worksheets and legal papers you have access to and comes with 6 live webinars to have a chance and speak. I bought yesterday and found this today.

I Have a 30 day return on it. I like the podcast he does and the blueprint how it's step by step and organized.

just wondering thoughts I wouldn't pay anything more from there like there coaching ect... I'd rather find one via biggerpockets or other outsourcing

I'm also starting to read the beginner guide on here and threw se extra caution on the gurus also said I had 15 min to lock in the special yet I've gotten 3 spam emails a day later after there supposed limit time offer so red flags going off. I am learning but seems like I can get all that from here. Just wondering if there's a process to follow on here step by step for 1st time investors.

any input or advice is much appreciated

When Rich Dad Education held an free Thursday night event in Milwaukee in 2008 I attended - it was great energy, exciting information and so I signed up for the 3 day weekend course for something like $399 or so. On the weekend I heard about probably 20 different strategies how to make money in real estate all supported with a ton of example house pictures and pictures of checks. High level info, no details, but enough to get you excited. The sales pitch came Sunday. 18 training modules, $6,000 each and the encouragement to choose at least 8 and put them on your credit card, because you'll be making so much money soon!

I walked away without signing up, but excited and determined to learn more (this was before BP) just not willing to load up my credit card. A few weeks later they called me and offered a 1 year coaching for 6k. That seemed good value and I decided to give that a try. What I got was a home study course and weekly assignments for homework, plus a coaching call with my personal coach who was always fuzzy about personal experience and basically was an accountability partner to do my homework.

Was it worth it? I don't know - I feel like I got a college education in real estate investing; on the positive I had a lot of theoretical knowledge about all sorts of strategies from lease options to subject to financing and wholesaling, of course general for the US and not State specific for Wisconsin, but was still missing the hands on and the local context literally felt like a college grad on the first day at the first job - the learning started all over again with my first property..

A few good books, some BP and an agent who understands investing would have probably gotten me there a lot faster - but on the other thing it was good to get a complete theoretical 360 to understand the world and possibilities of REI.

So is it worth it $500 for you? IDK, but if that's the next step in front of you take it, there will be more!
