I wouldn't get into the home unless I could cover the home expenses on my own , that way I have a little bit of a back stop.Also, with the popularized multi-mountain passes (Epic and Ikon are the big guys), it can make your choice to buy where you ski a little easier, because you can still hop around to other mountains.

a market or bubble  burst in my mind means an epic failure in the mortgage markets or a war or some other natural disaster.. but with the natural disasters that have been happening this just leads to a lot of influx of capital to rebuild.for sure market simply could not keep the pace they were going. its not a normal market to have 30 offers on one house.or put a property on the market and be soldin 3 to 7 days.normal is 60 to 90 day sales time or a little longer.. we just all forgot.

DMM leads require multiple touches, nurturing, filtering, yeah i know sometimes a lay-down will just magically land in the lap and close with 1 touch but anyone stating to there DMM operating like that on the regular I call BS, I call EPIC BS.
