I started my Career in Lake County Ca. and half that county burned down over the last 10 years.. probably 2k homes got destroyed so not as epic as say the fires in Napa and Sonoma.

Now, it's at $2,800mnth and with epic demand.

Ton's of people with golden shackles of sub 3% rates, epic net shortage, skilled labor shortage, on and on. 

Following, STR for Disney and new Universal Epic universe has me interested.
