Charcoal grill - We stayed at a house in Myrtle Beach this summer and they didn't have one even though Airbnb add said they did.

If you purchase a new bed, fence, grill, cabinets or cleaning supplies (or whatever) say on Amazon for the property, you can't split payments with two separate cards for the improvement.

It will grab peoples attention as they are scrolling through the hundreds of options in your area.In terms of amenities... every one of my properties had a swimming pool, foosball table, dart board, board games, fire pit, corn hole, gas grill, bicycles, etc.

Fun at the residence can involve outdoor activities like horseshoes, a fire pit, outdoor grill and patio, archery, fishing etc. 

All good advice above^^^^^^^^^Here are my initial thoughts on this.What is your next biggest town, is it a place that eats people up and spits them out full of homeless in the streets, or is it a nice inviting warm fun place, where you feel like you will fit right in.How far away in minutes is it from your home base now...30 minutes, 90 minutes ,6 hours.Can you have a better lifestyle in your present place, hot tub, BBQ Grill and picknick table in the backyard for parties with friends, and the other place you will have to live in a 300 sq foot efficiency high rise and muggers waiting outside to clobber you over the head?

Probably plenty of people do it, but when you say things like there is no kitchen....my vision is someone moves in and improvises....they either get a hotplate or they get a portable burner, or they get a big grill outside.   

They use it for the pool heater range and outdoor grill.

Never really thought of the return on investment- thought of it more as making additional parking spots, putting a grill in the back yard or picnic tables... it is an amenity.

I won my case even before I was allowed to call my first witness.If you are a person who is worried about how you will perform while being grilled by an attorney, then you might want to hire one to represent you.

We have a custom fire pit grilling area that is a big hit.Not sure how much the game room and movies room is used but these are certainly big pluses that are used by some of the people.We have a large partially covered front deck where the hot tub is that looks over multiple mountain peaks with plenty of seating.Know what your water situation is.
