Should I move?
I am currently living in my hometown which has about 24 thousand people. I would like to move eventually to a bigger area with more things to do & people to meet. I am not a yet a real estate agent, but I just recently started studying to get my license. I’m wondering if I should stay in my home town where I know more people to start my journey, or if I should move now so I don’t have to restart and regain clientele in the area I move to later on. Thoughts?

I am going to take the other side of the coin.. I have owned 3 brokerages over the years and starting out with your warm market is usually best.. get some income coming in experience etc. and then decide if moving is going to work for U..
