They have more skin in the game then you do.Make sure you get clear title.

Definitely don't start the LLC...it's way too early in the game.

It can vary depending on where they are, but often times mobile homes don't go up in value...they go down....but the lot fee almost never goes down and might go up....so your cash flow gets squeezed year after year.

To make matters worse, a friend of mine likes to annoy me with bird puns all day, but I soon realized that toucan play that game.

I am new to the real estate game and this community, and frankly, about 3 months late with this post.
