Am I doing something wrong or is this just a bad deal?
Hey guys,
Super-new to the forums (just joined BP Pro) and super-new to the real estate game (looking to buy my first property). I'm interested in purchasing a multi-family property (live in one unit, rent out the other) and was playing around with the calculator, but I get the feeling the property I'm interested in is not a good deal (that and/or I'm messing up the numbers because I definitely left quite a few fields blank). I was hoping to get a few other sets of eyes on here and point out what I may be doing wrong/get some feedback.
Appreciate your help!
