It's hard to imagine after spending the first 55 years of life in Beautiful Seattle that it has become this hellhole, but that is why we left.

This is the part of my story that isn't repeatable as it involves getting run over by a truck and Flight for Life.

I recently turned 20 years old and am working on setting long term goals for my real estate career, as well as life.

Just out of curiosity, Riley, are you without speck or flaw in your own life?

That is much cheaper than the minimum of $2,000 I have to pay just to swap out an existing gas furnace, assuming there are no alterations required for the duct-work and vent systems.$1,000 buys a LOT of insulation. 

I just want to try and get a jump start on life by investing my time and energy now.

Sucks, consider it a lesson in this great life of real estate investing. 

As I get older, the "usual"responsibilities of life are becoming more and more apparent (Rent/Utilities/Groceries/daily life costs).  

I am a flooring contractor with nearly 15 years experience, but I'm ready to start another chapter in my life.
