First time investing newbie
Hey everyone,
My name is Justin Schreiner. I'm 29 years old with a fiancé and two children. My fiancé and I are both new to the real estate investing scene but she just got her real estate license this past year and I'm doing all the research I can to learn how to invest wisely. I've watched countless videos on YouTube with Grant Cardone and many other big time real estate investors but I'm still in that stage where I feel like I don't quite know enough to approach my first deal confidently. I'm very serious about investing and my house is currently under contract to be sold, so I want to invest the profit wisely. Any helpful tips are very appreciated.

@Justin Schreiner - Welcome to BP! Everyone has started where you are. EVERYONE. Never think anything different.
I recently wrote a blog on here on something I think would help. You are already doing better than the majority of people out there simply by being on here and researching.
The key is to take action. I can't stress this enough. You are at a great point in your life and the potential for building wealth is limitless. As @Subbie Kaur pick a strategy you are comfortable with and learn all you can.
In the meantime, network on here, attend meetups, and talk to banks outside your area. That way you can fumble through the terminology, process, and fine tune your understanding. You gain confidence by doing and as @David Greene says, "building that muscle".
Congratulations on your home getting under contract by the way! It is an exciting time for you and your family!
