Hello Bigger Pockets!
I'm new here, and I'm very excited to get started. I Live on Camano Island, in Washington state. I am a flooring contractor with nearly 15 years experience, but I'm ready to start another chapter in my life. Investing will be a part time job for me to begin with, but I can easily see myself moving away from flooring and investing full time.
Right now I'm working on my personal home as a live in flip. Not the ideal start, nor was it what I had in mind when I bought the property, but that's where I'm at right now. I'm looking to list in a few months, and then would like to reinvest in a duplex or another flip to start out with.
I'm looking to network and make new contacts here. Also wondering if anyone locally has a thermometer on this market and if they would be willing to share about their past investment properties and how that went. Thanks for reading!
