I suggest dropping the license: If you are not going to represent people or companies in their purchases, or use the MLS.

However the other lots dont have an address, so I have to guess by the satelite images on the GIS website, then try to drop a pin on my iphone maps where I think it may be. 

I ended up talking to a few other investors, and one mentioned to try renting it as a very large 2br unit and drop the price a few hundred dollars to attract a different pool, and I found a qualified tenant within a day.
