Know Any Good CPA's, who invest in Real Estate...HELP

Hey BP, One of my good friends is totally just did the worst tax job in 2022 I've ever experienced, I vowed I wouldn't ever use him and mix business and friendship..., but my last CPA totally did me dirty and I had to find somebody I could trust and he always asked me for the business..who better than your good friend? (It's a small town, hard to find somebody you don't know)  I got a letter from the IRS for $4200 in late fees, his communication is unacceptable, etc , it was not a fun experience
  I just really need a good investor-friendly, honest, go-getter CPA who is accepting new clients,  thanks in advance!  I'm in Colorado, but I think it's legal to use out-of-state CPA's, to my knowledge,  thanks in advance for any help yo can offer !!!
