Obviously most terms and the methods of strategies etc are useful in any market, but key facts and figures on financing, costs of rehabing, certain laws etc, are probably different.

In the case of a downswing, I would certainly think that one might look to move in to a buy and hold rental strategy, versus selling to owner occupants.
