Gary Keller says prepare for a downturn

Gary Keller is cautioning real estate agents to prepare for a downturn according to this Sunday's Austin American Statesman. Slowing sales, increased inventory in high priced homes, buyer fatigue with escalating prices....(but shouldn't commission based sales agents always be prepared for a downturn?). Three RE locals take the opposite opinion in the article, so don't be too alarmed.
