Hi,

Is this site solely for the US market? I mean how much of this information can be applied to the UK market? Obviously most terms and the methods of strategies etc are useful in any market, but key facts and figures on financing, costs of rehabing, certain laws etc, are probably different. Can anyone point me in the right direction? For instance, I would like to buy and read the flipping and cost of rehab books, but I don't know how valuable they will be for me seeing as I'm looking to buy in the UK market. Has anyone read them and tell me if they can be applied to any market? I don't think the UK has a site or community like BiggerPockets, which just makes me want to move to America instead!

Thanks in advance,

Danny
