Hello BP. I'm new to real estate and have yet to make my first deal. I honestly believe Im in the "Analysis Paralysis" stage right now. I hear some ppl say just jump in and use it as a learning experience, while others say take your time and gather information. Well I'm trying to gather all the info possible. In looking for a link to the an ebook or article from bigger pockets on how to estimate Reno cost. Also, can someone give me information on some good exit strategies as well, just in case things don't go as plan. Thanks all, have a blessed day
