Recently I have teamed up with my parents to start investing and flipping real estate.  

I have really good organizational skills, so we feel like we would make a good team in real estate investing.

I'm also in need of building a team, which I'd expect to include general contractors, lenders (focused on investor terms), property managers, closing attorneys, home inspectors, and wholesaler/agent.

Does anyone know of a good RE Investor brokerage looking to add a part-time agent to their team?

I need this community to build my team and reach my goals. 

The reason I ask is because it may be more worthwhile spending the free time you have now to find, meet and work with people that could make up your team in the future so managing them will be a lot easier when you have less time on your hands.

How are the rentals nearby for the big time high school football teams?
