New member looking for investment possibilities in Cincinnati
Hi, My name is Jacob, and my girlfriend, Nicole and I are ready to take the jump into RE investing. She has a RE license in Kentucky, and I'm currently in the process of obtaining my Ohio License and will have it this March. We're wanting to start with rentals, and/or flips. I'm here to get some insight on how to get started and hopefully meet some good people in the business along the way.
I'm also in the process of looking for a brokerage to hold my license. Does anyone know of a good RE Investor brokerage looking to add a part-time agent to their team?
Any help is much appreciated!
