Hi Folks,

Steve from the western part of Connecticut here, about to buy my first buy and hold/rent investment property.  Just read Brandon's book - or rather listened to it on a trip to Florida.  Currently between corporate jobs in the commercial banking sector so while I job search I plan to rennovate this single family home in the Manchester, CT area.  Would love to say goodbye to the corporate world but will likely go back at some point this year but start building a RE portfolio.  My plan is to add ~2 properties per year.  Pretty good DIY'er and have some free time for the next few months.

Cheers and see you around the forum,

Steve
