For the past 8 years I have owned and operated a residential construction company.  Recently I have teamed up with my parents to start investing and flipping real estate.  We currently have two properties that are about to go on the market.  However we are looking into purchasing a few more homes at auction.  Any advise on purchasing homes at auction would be extremely helpful.  Thanks and have a great week!
