I currently view the reviews of each potential lender of HML here on the BP platform.

I invest in syndications often as part of a group using a platform called Tribevest. 

When signing a traditional lease, property managers conduct credit and background checks and field applications, complete with reference checks, from interested parties for everyone's peace of mind.Alternatively, when accepting short-term vacation guests through vacation rental platforms, those third-party platforms have complete power and their own reviews and "rankings" of guests.

Could anyone provide an update for any free-trials for some of the major software platforms (Propstream, D4D, Listsource, etc.) that could be helpful with real estate investing?

QuickBooks and Xero are great general accounting platforms but as they aren't purpose-built for landlords, they lack some of the features needed for managing rental properties.

Comparing homes nearby on STR platforms may be your best bet but I still don’t think it’s accurate enough to go off.

Some property management software (but not all) has integration with accounting platforms like Xero and QuickBooks.

Any interest in doing this as a virtual meeting (Google Meets, Zoom, or another platform)?
