How to find help predicting short term rental revenue in San Antonio. I have a property that I am rehabbing it's in a nice neighborhood without being in an HOA. These are kind of hard to come by. I am hoping to figure out what the projected income could be if I did a short term rental.
Most Popular Reply
Go on Airbnb and look at available listings throughout the year in comparable neighborhoods, with comparable features. You could also get an airdna account, which isn’t cheap, but can be well worth it. Good luck!
