Good "Book Keeping" and how its done.

Hello BP Fam,

I have one condo rental and am wondering if it is worth getting a bookkeeping software like Quickbooks? Since it is only the one property for now is this needed? Also if bookkeeping software is "needed" are there any suggestions for a good software or is QuickBooks the best?
