My bedbug addendum tells tenants they are not allowed to bring second-hand mattresses or furniture into the property.

My children are very young and I want to account for the expenses they will incur when they get older (sporting events, eating more food, school expenses, etc).

We got married in 2001, and currently have 3 amazing children.

Also, where a boomer or a GenXer might have bought an 1,500 sf 3/2 when they were in their twenties, Millennials are renting a one bedroom and saving the difference, or spending it locally.We will see what happens when Millennials finally start having children, but in the mean time I think there are other ways to save than just home equity.I'm interested to hear your thoughts.

Time to downsize and have extra cash to do what is important: spend our children's inheritance.

Long term, we want to build a holding of both residential and commercial properties that my wife and I can use as one revenue stream to live on and leave for our children.

I argued their statements with facts based on true tested children in Lucas county and not on projected study numbers as they misrepresented.

I am just trying to learn and better my life and hopefully learn something I can pass along to help my children out.
