Hi Justin, I had visited their site at one point and gave them my contact info, probably to get a free report or something; basically a squeeze page of some kind.

Nothing beats a good title company comparison, but this seems to be pretty close. being able to use the app out in the field and pulling up a map view of what has sold in that area that matches what you are doing...well that is basically the definition of "pulling comps".In the end, before you lock in any numbers and contracts, you always want to have the home inspected and valued by a professional, but Homesnap is a great starting point before you start going after a deal, to make sure it actually IS a deal.Hope that helps and is not a 4 month late, already answered question. haha

1) I have my Google Voice number forwarding to a cellphone I bought2) I have (50) bandit signs with that number on it3) I have an answering service4) I used the Google Voice number on my BiggerPockets account, a Classified Ad, a Wufoo form for bird dogs to submit a house, and my website.......So, when you Google search the phone number... it basically pops up with my information online.I deleted each form that had the number, but it still is available in the search.I'm waiting to see if it wipes over the next couple of days. Here's my question:Should I change my number so that it has no ties back to me?

However, that means you need to understand the concepts involved (how to estimate rehab costs, how to determine ARV, etc).

So basically what I am wondering is: 1) Could I go to the bank with everything I have said here and seek a conventional loan with her co-signing against her property in the form of a home equity?
