I recently started working at a title company and realized I have a great interest for this field. I have been reading so much the past few days and I have so many questions. What I am wondering is what things do I really need to consider before starting out.

Welcome to BP Liandra. That is a pretty open ended question you are asking but hopefully I will give you some things to think about. The first thing you need to do is figure out what your goals are. Real estate investing is great because there are a ton of options, but to choose the right path you need to know what your goals are.

I would start by learning about the different real estate investing strategies, the Ultimate Beginner's Guide is a great place to start.

Once you know where you want to go and how you think you can get there you can start devising a plan of action.
