I reached out to my loan servicer to inquire about doing so, and received this reply:We have reviewed your request to convey this property to an LLC and unfortunately, your loan does not qualify.At this time we can only allow Fannie Mae loans to be conveyed to an LLC.

I need to fix the garage, garbage disposal, and there's possibly mold in the attic (don't know how true this is since the guy who cleared my vents was getting me to purchase his service for $2k).

That being said, admittedly it's been a while since I've priced these services out. 

I've started cold calling local hospitals and larger businesses trying to see if I can secure a contract to provide them with a place to house their traveling professionals so more to come on that. 

However, when I attempted to contact her employer, she only provided an email address.
