I have a house under contract in the 76111 area on the east side of HWY 35 North of Airport Freeway. Has any body have experience flipping houses in this area? More specifically the Oakhurst neighborhood...

There is a Note Expo in Fort Worth, TX coming up that I will be attending to continue education, and network expansion. 

Prior to that I lived in Niceville and Fort Walton Beach, FL since '97.

Do you have any favorite parts of Rock Hill or Fort Mill that you think will continue to strengthen?  

I lot of the military personnel stationed there try to live in Fort Collins or closer to it to the south because it has (IMHO) much more to offer.

The views are good over Fort DeRussy but when will Hale Koa build another couple of towers to take away that view? 

The recent oil price reductions from $140 per barrel to around $41 per barrell has slowed things some, but Natural gas wells are the big thing on the west side of Fort Worth.Population growth in the Metroplex has been #1 in the US for the past three years running (major metro cities compared only).What type of investments will you be looking to buy, SFR's, duplelex-4-plex, apartments, retail strip, etc?

These must be in Fort Lauderdale or Miami as I don't know many places in Palm Beach County were you would have to pay that much even on the Intracoastal.
