Aloha everyone,

I signed up a couple of days ago...but have been trolling the forums trying to pick up as much information as possible.  Have been reading for HOURS...and simply overwhelmed by the shear volume of AMAZING information

A bit about myself, I'm a physician and absolutely blessed to be able to do what I do.  Even though I'm currently living in Hawaii, I finally made my first real estate purchase (primary residence) in California a couple of years ago.  And boy...it felt as though it would never happen.  Now that I'm working and out of training...trying to build up traction and play catch up.

My primary interest is in buy and hold properties with the focus on cash flow.  Would also love to get involved in local real estate clubs to keep the juices flowing.

Been also considering the idea of investing in non-local markets that would yield a higher return on my investment.

Wishing everyone the very best.

Mahalo,

Mark
