And this is why in late-2020 in Los Angeles when I was preparing to sell my house a few people told me I should instead rent it out and I would typically laugh at them as there was zero chance I would ever consider landlording in L.A. 

With its beautiful desert scenery and close proximity to Los Angeles, it is an attractive destination for many people.

Although, I'll be based in Los Angeles until the move next summer, I'd like to love to jump start those connections now.I did have a question though to all those investing in multi-family homes in the Indianapolis area!
