Like most normal people, I have a bank account, credit card and pay all my bills on time, only where I live (Israel) we just don't have such a thing as personal credit reports or credit history.How can an out of country investor qualify for a loan without credit history in the US?

Another option: Get a credit card with zero interest (and do a balance transfer).Find a company (RDC Capital, local bank/credit union (smaller bank)) that will give you line of credit (commercial) and pay back those loans with the LOC, which should be fixed after the "draw" period (20/30yr if possible). 3Hope this helps.

I have used both prosper and lending club as well as 401K loans and credit cards (18mo 0% interest) as well as other investors giving them 8-10% on their money.
