Heck, you process debit cards if you insist for 1/10th the cost and non-reversible. 

I have done it with some contractors taking Paypal where you can use a credit card on that site with a fee, or QuickBooks is another one too.

Certainly will be sure to ask to see the card before signing an official agreement.Wouldn't be asking about cigarettes or cigars.

I agree that pricing a rental too high is a classic mistake than can make it sit, but don't you think encouraging landlords to rent quick will make them compromise on the vetting of the tenants?

Otherwise its all about the classic location location location.
