I thought rent was still due, and that she would apply for FEMA assistance to pay for her costs of hotels during the evacuation (if she even had any / she might’ve stayed with a friend for all I know).  

The next step is to start applying.

This would be my first time dealing with this type of loan or circumstance.Are there any watch-outs or things to keep in mind when applying for non-warrantable loans for this type of property?
