I am going to be 18, still of course living with my parents, and I am wanting to take out an FHA loan and house hack.

When living In a property, do you break any rule if you legally live there, but just don’t spend time there: example…

I legally live there. I am registered there. I have my mail sent there….

But I stay at my parents house majority of the time.
