i would think if you're buying through them, then you're compensating them bc they're getting a buyer's agent commission...i tell my buyer's agent that i always list with a flat fee so he knows ahead of time, this way he doesn't feel slighted by me...but you can also list with that agent if you want..and again, it doesn't hurt to take them to lunch...what are you trying to do exaclty?

I would find an eviction lawyer and then bring things to a head: confront the boyfriend with a list of violations and say that if there are any more the next thing he will hear from you will be an eviction notice, no negotiations.

My only experience is that I know the construction game and have made some good money from flips in easy times....this is a different time but there are a million articles in here about reacting to different markets so I plow ahead...sort of fearless at this point!
