Only major components are furnace and hot water tank..Condo Townhouses that have maintenance/hoa fees may or may not cover anything related to your actual townhouse so the owner is responsible for upkeep of the home like any other single family..Fee Simple Townhouse.. no maintenance fees..ownership is like any other single family with all relative maintenance..At the end of the day it depends on the ratios..Will the rental income support all expenses..

So we slapped on another layer of black tile on a weekend changing it from the single layer of 1987 muted brown.The place sold in 2 days $16k over asking.Another home we picked up (circa 1830's) had leaks & we discovered 3 layers of cedar & 4 layers of roofing tile.

Clouds on the title are usually discovered during a title search.I found that exact definition in Investopedia all the credits are to them, Long story short, you should run a title search before investing in it, especially if you pay cash for it.Hope this helps,Claudio Salvatorelli
