Hey Everyone! My name is Kevin Fernandez, a mechanical engineer trying to generate passive income through Single family / multi-family home rentals with ambition to expand to commercial properties once I become more seasoned. I'm green as they come when it pertains to real - estate. I discovered Bigger pockets on YouTube (the videos provide a wealth of information) and currently I'm reading "Managing Rental Properties" and plan on expanding to other books once I finish this one.
